We enjoyed this property and would recommend it. In short, the room was air conditioned, very comfy bed, well equipped bathroom.

During holiday everything was superb and we would consider staying here again. The property was well-run with hard-working staff on request from the friendly pool attendant. The location was top and convenient, very close to shops/restaurants, main beach of Alcudia and the hotel's beach bar, which had entertainment. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is top-notch, right on the sandy beach, and you can easily walk to the marina in this city. The hotel facilities were also great, from the spacious and clean rooms to the beautiful pool area and well-kept garden. The staff was incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Plus, the complimentary breakfast had a huge variety of food, including made-to-order omelettes and refreshing bubbly.

Nothing it is perfect.

Also our second stay was just beautiful. Super helpful staff, nice rooms, fabulous breakfast and also the half board was a good decision. Every evening beautiful live music with dinner and tea. The hotel is very beautiful. We'll be back next year!

Only one thing is missing: a mosquito net to sleep with an open window instead of a noisy air conditioner.

Had a great stay for our vacation, and would absolutely stay here again. This hotel was unique base for exploring Port de Alcudia, truly enjoyed it. The room was luxurious and spotless with a soap and bathrobes in the marble bathroom. The location was awesome and brilliant in the good area.

During Christmas, I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and came with an amazing view of the sea. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beach being only a few steps away, and there was a wide variety of food available at mealtimes. One of the best aspects was the complimentary smoothies available in the afternoon, which were a refreshing treat to enjoy by the pool.

The entertainment seemed to end quite early, leaving the lounge bar empty for the rest of the evening. although there were enough sun loungers for everyone, it was frustrating that guests still reserved them with towels, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool at times.

Paying for a safe is ridiculous. While 90% of the rooms have a sea view, they asked for a surcharge of 25 euros for such a room. Niggling and pettiness.

Both breakfast and dinner were average. Side rooms are affected by strong background noise (air conditioning on the roofs of neighbouring buildings). Sleeping with the window open is not possible, especially at night. Better to book a room with sea view.

I recently stayed at the Viva Golf hotel in Port d'Alcudia for a week in November. It was the perfect place for an end of season break in the sunshine. The hotel is right on the beach, which made it easy to take late afternoon swims. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was ample. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Being close to the town center allowed for easy access to restaurants. a fantastic experience and great value for money.

Wonderful hotel, very conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff.

It would be nice if in addition to the bathrobe, there were slippers in the room.

Hotel is located directly on the beach with an easy access, large room with a desk, very rich breakfast buffet, the venue is directly accessible by bus from Palma.

Unfortunately the bed was a bit too soft, the room was difficult to heat with the air conditioner at the low temperatures, especially as it switches off immediately as soon as you open the door. WLAN works quite well, but in the evening it is a bit weak, so that the connection often breaks off.

Over Easter, I had a fantastic stay at a hotel that I absolutely loved. The two things that really stood out for me were the stunning sea views that I woke up to each morning and the free frozen towels that were given out by the pool in the afternoons to help me cool down. The location was also spot on, just a short walk away from the beach and all the local amenities. On top of that, the friendly staff made sure that I had everything I needed and were always happy to help.

As much as I enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things that I didn't like. the restaurant food wasn't always to my taste, but there were plenty of other local options nearby to choose from.
